Dan Mesec has called the Bulkley Valley home for more than 13 years. As a journalist he has covered everything from Thaltan blockades to wild salmon runs on Lake Babine. When not at his desk he can be found wandering the land in rose-coloured glasses searching for his next story or hiking mountains with his half-wild canine Tosca. He lives in Smithers, BC.
